Building the operating system behind a growing care business.

Company
Behavioral health and care management provider
Engagement
2024 to 2025
Our role
Supported the $1M pre-seed round, then led the operations and CRM build

We supported the company’s $1M pre-seed round, which closed in 2024. We then rebuilt how it runs: from patients in spreadsheets to one system, from referral to billing.
